DC area chicken "farmers"

Hello. I'm a producer with NBC News and am working on a piece on urban farming...specifically people who keep chickens in cities. Anyone here from Baltimore or Leesburg, VA? I'm trying to find folks near Washington.

I think if you will read back some of the postings, you will find people from almost every city and some from all over the world. we joined for info on chickens and also found friends

I'm sure there are a lot more people from the DC area but, like me, they don't visit all of these forums every day. I have a few specific forums I like to frequent each day - and honestly I would not have even known about this, but someone posted a link to it in the VA area of the Where am I forum and I saw it.

Maybe the link they posted in the VA thread will draw more readers and get some responses.
