De-boning turkeys?

Anyone have an easy way to debone turkeys? I want to grind up 6 or 8 next year for sausage and just for ground meat.
 
We ground turkey just for the ground meat. I only ground the breasts, I placed breast side down and sliced around the rib cage to remove breast meat. We froze the quarters, wings and carcass(for soup) The quarters are wonderful for a crock pot meal. A frozen quarter is done in like 6 hrs!! I found it hard to bone turkey legs,thighs were ok but we left most as quarters. This worked well for us. I hope this helps
