SHeesh boy talk about getting ripped off... I just bought a 2 lb bag of it from safe solutions inc. with the shipping it was around about $25 for 2 lbs!!! ouch that one hurt. No one carries it around here including fleet farm.


ETA: 2 lbs without shipping was $16.95

Last time I checked it cost as much for the shipping on a 50lb bag as the DE cost. I just found a place to get it for 29.00/50lb. I have to pick it up when I go visit my parents!! It is from custom milling.

I was shocked by the shipping online as well and have not been able to find it here. I have horses and a goat too so will need more. Do you just leave a litter pan with straight DE or mix it with something? If I did that with sweet PDZ would that work? That's easy to find.

Got news for ya gopherboy! The reason I only sell up to 8# is because 10# flat rate is 12.30 shipping vs 9.30 for 8# max. Evidently you havent shipped anything flat rate lately!

Yeah, I was looking at the 50 pound bags it did cost as much to ship as the bag itself.

I wasnt able to find it in this area, not surprising though.

20# would have to go parcel post AND they dont let ya do the flat rate for cheaper for nothing. My 8# flat rate box 2-3 day shipping is 22.30 or 23.30 if using paypal - do the math and see what profit I am making! I only do it to help people out that cant get it plus the gas for me to go get it. Without the USPS and paypal, am selling it for 13.00 for 8# - If you are near Ridgeway Va, thats what you can buy it for!
