DE + shipping charges = WOW!

I can't seem to find any decent deals for ordering DE. The shipping is more than the product.

Anyone have any good sites(i.e. low shipping costs) or know of any stores that sell DE?

Where are you located? Have you asked at your local feed stores? Sometimes they may be happy to order it in for you. Otherwise this link is the cheapest I've found so far. I think I might have to bite the bullet and order from here too. I've been ordering 5 or 10 pounds at a time, but at this rate, it'll be cheaper to just order the 50 and be done with it. Here ya go:

E-Bay sells Permagaurd brand DE food grade for $25.00 + $30.00 shipping. this was cheaper than purchasing it from the Permagaurd web site.

I always suggest that people check their organic garden nurseries. That's where I bought mine. It's the Codex(?) DE food grade flour. I paid $28 + tax for 50 lbs.
