Thanks Pam. She was my favorite as well, just beautiful, calmest one : would just walk onto my hands to hang out and rest.
Mixed group. Others are a salmon favorelle, buckeye, golden buff? Cuckoo maran and easter egger. Just horrible freak accident or maybe heartattack. Who knows. My idea to get chickens and the husband didn’t handle them much but he’s sad as well. Who knew we’d be so crazy over out chickens. Been working from home so I’ve spent the last few weeks since their ship ( myers) with them .

Hi I still think this is so sad. She is very close in color to one of mine I have two that I think are the “snow leopard” coloring one is going to be a lighter shade of gray vs. black feathers and what the type of coloring that yours had and mine which are alike so much is a golden color in there and some brown but a lot of white. My third one like yours is very light in color. I took a picture to show you of her and one of her sisters the very darkest one to show you the very dramatic differences in their patterns. Beautiful birds. My birds name is Matcha. Here she is.
