I am absolutely furious! I received my order of chicks today from Ideal Poultry and most of them were dead! No heat pack in the box, no call or email telling me it was too cold to ship chicks. Nothing. I called and spoke to customer service and the lady asked if I wanted to reorder or receive a refund. No concern for the dead chicks at all. I will never do business with them again. Hubby took pictures for proof if we need it, but I'll spare you the gruesome sight........
