I would say raccoon since it seems like the predator grabbed from the neck and maybe ran off once the bird died. It could also be a weasel since they like to grab the jugular and pull them out.
I'm really sorry about this and hope that the rest of your ducks are safe. If you want to keep them safe from other attacks, build something around their home where the raccoons or weasels can't reach. I suggest using chicken wire around their home and then surrounding it with some barbed wire so that the ducks won't get hurt, but the predator will. If this doesn't work, set up some traps. I don't like harming other animals but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do in life.

I'm guessing it was a weasel. A live trap might work the best.

What type of bait do I use for a weasel ? Will the weasel come back for her ?

If you had a trap big enough to put the duck in then i would try that. If it was a weasel it will probably still be around. They like fresh meat and blood so even a piece of the duck would work.

I have a big trap but won't it slip through the gaps in the trap.

If the holes are very big then yes a weasel will get through. They can fit through a very small hole. Maybe you can put some smaller mess wire in side the trap so it cant get through.

Zipties might would work wonders to keep the smaller wire in place so that weasel can't get out
