Dead egg/embryo? Infertile egg?

Hey all, this is my first time incubating eggs, and I have a few questions. I candled them today, day 7, and found one with a red ring all the way around a dark spot. I’ll add a pic? Did this embryo pass away? Also, another egg is freckly and hard to see but has what looks like a yolk, with no apparent air pocket and when you turn it it goes to the top. Infertile?

Only one picture attached. The first one is a quitter with a blood ring. If your second is clear, it's infertile. Air cells means nothing for fertility.
