Dead egg?

Hi everyone,
I have a hen that has been on 2 eggs for 21 days. When candling them from day 6 all looked good. Day 21 was on Sunday. Today us Tuesday, no hatch
I took the eggs (( candled them.
One looks like it has a detached egg sac? Dead? One part of the sack is moving. Looks like everything is moving when I slightly move the egg under light.
Second one, not moving and sac is jn place.
Their lay dates were from Aug 19 2023 and Aug.20 2023
The first 4 pictures are of the detached sac
Last picture is the other egg that sac doesn't move, but no hatch

No, my light isn't that great. Even on my phone.
I haveaways check like this and have always had 100% success with all eggs. First eggs 2 last year, and 3 eggs 2 months ago.
All my eggs are my my hens and my rooster. Roosters have changed each year.

Usually you don’t see air cells unattached unless shipped is why I asked
I would give it another few days just to be sure

Well that took a turn I’d be careful with her in that case when she comes broody for a second time. Sounds like she wouldn’t make a good mom.

Either she is one that’s not good at broody or if that egg died they will either kick it from the nest or even eat them
Have to keep a close eye on her for next time
