Dead or alive... I can’t tell

These eggs are all on day 24-27th. The one On day 27 is liquify inside...seems. I see veins but it only moves when I move it. The rest have matter . I can’t tell.

Never hatched duck eggs. But at that days you should see the duckling (a dark area) almost as big as the egg (without counting the air cell)...

Since they're so far along, they're definitely all dead by now.

I'm sure this has been issued by now, but those are definitely not alive. You would see nothing (as in complete black, from the duck) but an air cell by day 27. Sorry to say

What about day 23/24 ? I see a lot of black in one or two. Bad pics on some. I have a young Welsh laying about 1 a day. Will she ever build a nest?

Regarding the nest, you don't known until she does. Once you see a nest, she'll lay one a day and then just stop after 7-13 eggs and then sit on them. That's how you know she's gone broody.
