You dont want to relocate a nuisance animal, its not fair to the animal or to the animals or people in the area you move it to.
Victor rat traps work pretty good but you have to keep your animals away from them till the problem is solved, can you keep everything cooped up for a few days? I have tried the small live traps and they didnt work well at all for me, the rat traps seem to be the way to go.
chicknmania, they are not federally protected, not even state wide in Ohio so it muct be a local thing. Check out the links.
