Dealing with mites in house

It's not labeled for use in poultry, and it's not concentrated enough, so you that's why mites aren't listed.
Thanks.
I know some swear by it because it is suppose to be organic or whatever but the question is does it actually work. I have not yet come across a thread where it has worked.

If one were to mix it properly it will work, but most people don't understand that the directions on that bottle aren't strong enough for mites. To get the correct concentration of spinosad using any 0.5% product, mix 757 ml of product to 3028 ml of water.

The permethrin worked great on the old girl. We're using Elector so I feel like the concentration will be appropriate. I think the heavy infestation was due to her age and illness. We are also moving the coop and going to put some more biosecurity safeguards in place (we weren't careful about keeping food away from wild birds, we may not have always fed them the optimal diet). We're newbies and these were rescue chickens, our neighbors said they were going to kill them or give them to us. I think they had a good life for their 10 months with us.
