As long as it is fresh and not on sale because their inventory is old.
I need to order a bag but am nervous because the last bag was over four months old when it arrived.

Just was on a thread(changing feed to Kalmbach 20% flock maker pellets). Last five bags from Chewy of this Kalmbach was bad.

Yikes! In what way bad? I have sometimes received a bag that was a bit older than I would like, but never bad.
