Dear TSC

Thats the only down fall, TSC has better prices on the rabbit feed. But the new place has everything else I need. I may have to still use them just for that unfortunately

YOU'RE A FORGIVING FELLOW. I WOULD PAY MORE AT THE NEW STORE RATHER THAN HELP SUPPORT A BIG BUSINESS WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE--- JUST A PRINCIPAL THING WITH ME I GUESS?

Yeah I say it but in the end I'll prob won't ever go back. The new store doesn't have that big of selection but I'm going to do some research on the SS cause I think they make a rabbit feed. If its good and I'll get it

The TSC that I go to is in Flemington. Apparently here in NJ they all have the same attitude.

Southern States does have a good Rabbit pellet. It's the only brand we've ever fed our rabbits . Many years ago we had ALOT of rabbits to feed as we used to raise and show them when i was young Many of our rabbits that lived to be over 14 y/o . Now we just have a couple that are pets and they do very well on it also .
Over the years I have fed Southern States feed to horses, goats, muscovy ducks, pigeons and now we have Coturnix . I cannot think of a time we were disappointed with their feed.

Thats good to know. Did you use the game bird feed for your muscovy ducks? I have those too.

I use TSC less then I did but I still buy the 24% feed from them because it is half or a little less in price to what the feed mills price is. i also support the local stores until they start trying to charge more then a item is worth. I have a hardware beside me that I love but the last time I went to buy a small bolt from them the price was $2.50

NO WAY I'm paying that. I don't give it to the big box store ether when the price is to high.

Try buying from the wholesaler, the manufacture, or even the farmer. I do this with different items all the time.
I have found several recipes online to mix your own feed. Unfortunately it normally makes 2.5 ton but if you know how to do simple math you can reduce that.
