Who knows is such a cute name for a cute baby! It looks almost like a partridge. The three little ones I kept from the 30-something batch are sunbathing today.
That's two paint silkies and a "who knows" silkie. It seems like it's getting some barring. They sure are cute. They live in our brooder in the house and are a little over 3 weeks old.

Agreed but this one had me fooled as usually silkie partridge chicks have the chipmunk look with a stripe on their back, and this one didn't. Seems it will turn out to be one though!Third on the partridge look!
Welcome back Debbie!I had no idea we'd be camping where there isn't any cell service. Going without wifi is one thing, but then cellular is needed and we had none. So this was really going "off the grid," although we had our newer camper we took for it's first run and it was great.
We took the three youngens with us too. The farmer lady across the road takes care of the rest. She shuts the coop and temp coop up at night and opens them in the morning. They have enough food/water to last a couple of weeks, so she doesn't have to do anything but that.
Here's the three. I forgot to bring the Corid along as was worried about them getting coccidiosis being so young and playing in new dirt/weeds, but they didn't get it.

And, of course, the mutts.

Welcome back! Love the pups and what cool lives those three silkies are living.
