what kind of scoop is it? i picked one up from walmart, a white one with a thin metal scoop inside and its stripped or something. i spent more time fixing it than using it. I was so aggravated by the time it was all over. was thinking about getting a regular metal ice cream scoop. is that what your using?

I have the oxo, i also have a thumb button one, but i recall having to send it back because it bent when I was doing cheesecake pops. I also got the wilton cooling rack at the same time since, hey, buy 3 get 1 free!

I have both the thumb button and the squeeze handle. Make sure you get heavy duty ones, possibly from a commercial site. I don't remeber where I got mine, and they don't have anything on them. I like the ones with a sweeper arm in the scoop, it useful when your making something with loose batter like cupcakes. I broke one using it on chilled chocolate chip cookie dough though, I'm looking for some with a push button in the top of the scoop, like the ones we use for ice cream at work, to use for cookie dough.

thanks! after seeing that metal one on amazon I can now see why mine broke...its cheap plastic..... lesson learned! now to get the right one

Got my Baked goods from tommy today. Forgot they were rum balls and let my kids all take a bite.

They were like what is this it doesn't taste like chocolate. Then it dawned on me.

I tried them and yep you can taste the Rum in them. My husbands friend wanted to try one so he took 2 and ate them and said he thought he had a buzz. He's like there is a shot of rum in each one.

They are wonderful and very powerful. I love them. The cookies are excellent too.

they weren't that strong.... well, lets do the math! a shot is about 45 ml, a tbsp is 15, I used 6 tbsp to make about ....4 dozen, or was it 3, can't remember....either way don't eat a dozen if you plan on driving.

I am a lightweight so it doesn't help.

By the way them tins were very pretty and very professionally wrapped. Had a heck of a time getting the ribbons off. And

you sent a ton.

They won't last long.
