December Hatch-A-Long!

So I had a very scary moment this morning! I went to turn my eggs and the temperature in my incubator was 68 degrees!!!!! My light bulb had burnt out! I freaked! I candled my eggs and they all looked lifeless. While deeply sobbing I changed my light bulb, rotated the eggs and PRAYED! Well my temp is back up so I candled again and every single egg is alive and kickin'! I was so sure I had lost them. Phew!!

Yes!! It hatched

I'm just worried that it will continue to peck at it even when it's out of the shell. Should I take it out of the bator early and endanger it and the pipped egg or should I leave them unsupervised overnight and have possible pecking of the new chick while it's weak just after hatching?

I'm very new to hatching (like I am literally in the middle of my first hatch ever) but I have done TONS of research. What I would do if you are worried is take the little booger out since he looks like he is dry and getting around well. Then if your worried about the humidity dropping add a sponge of warm water or put the pipped egg on a damp paper towel (quickly of course) I would imagine the little guy who is pecking at him would do fine under a heat lamp at this point. Again, I'm very new.
