Deciding weather to assist a chick

So I am on day 23 of my small batch of eggs, 1 has hatched perfectly! The other stopped moving and peeping yesterday, so after seeing that it hadn't pipped yet I pulled it out to candle and noticed that it isn't positioned like most are, but it was still peeping! so I searched for a picture online to show so that i can make a good decision on helping or not. This was the best I could find was on this website http://www.poultryhelp.com/hatch.html, scroll down and what my egg looks like is where the line is for day 18 is almost like if you turned the egg from vertical to horizontal that line is more in the middle. I hope that makes sense, should I help or let it go? I have assisted before and only had 1 live, and I really want this chick to live! Thanks!

If it is peeping it has probably pipped internally. Let it go another day and see if it pips. I never help a chick that hasn't pipped yet.
And if you help it, STOP at the first sign of fresh blood and put it back in the incubator.

I am just worried that it isn't in the right position to get itself out. I was planning on at least waiting till tomorrow day 24.
