Deciding whether to give away my rooster(s)

I have two roosters, one very protective and one like a hen. They are getting louder and I'm going to have to get rid of one eventually probably soon. I love them both. And I can't decide which one to give away. One is dominant and protective of the hens, and the other is cuddly and like a fifth hen. They both are loving and sweet, but the dominant one has some moods. I need to make a decision before our neighbors make us get rid of both! So I was wondering, which one would you give away?

I would keep the gentler rooster. Roosters can turn on you. Not all of them, but if one of them is already acting moody, I would rehome this rooster. Keep the more gentle bird.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm gonna find a home for the dominant one. I put him on a thread labeled Free Polish Rooster.
