Decreased egg production due to no rooster?

I had to re- home my rooster recently because he got aggressive around my kids, and egg production has gone way down. However, we also made some changes to their coop and run around the same time, and one of my hens started bullying the younger ones. I'm hoping they're just stressed. We got rid of the bully hen and we just got a young rooster. I'm hoping he can restore some order to the hen house. Maybe production will increase when things get back to normal.

I guess I should add that she was more than bullying my young hens, she was terrorizing them. I also think she was eating some of the eggs.
