Deer feeder in yard plus free range chickens

We have a free range flock and would like to put up a deer feeder this year. The chickens will roam near it and pick up any spillage. Does anyone know the best idea to put inside to feed the deer but still ok for the chickens?

The deer love corn, whole kernel or cracked. We don’t have a deer feeder near where the flock is and I wouldn’t recommend it. Your flock will fill up on the corn, not their chow. And the deer will not eat chicken chow, sooooooo...

Do you have an area where the chickens don’t free range or can’t as easily get to, or that you can fence off?
