I have several 9 month old hens thaat had previously been with an aggresive rooster I was told. They are bald on their backs. It has been a month and I do not see much change.Will feathers return? How long? I worry about sunburn. Any info? Thanks

If the feathers are broken (usually are with rooster damage) they will not grow in until they molt.
