Defective chick???

We were taking pictures of our newest chicks tonight and noticed one of them seems under developed. Enclosed is a picture showing it with one of its' brooder mates. All the rest of the chicks in this batch are feathering in nicely like the one on the right. Is the one on the left just behind in developement or is he defective? They are two weeks old.

I have a cochin that is about 4 weeks old and it is now really behind the others. She is about half the size, and hasn't even gotten in a lot of the wing tip feathers in yet. I have also noticed her standing off by herself. I don't think there is anything more I can do for her. I wonder if she will make it and what is wrong with her.

I would give her/him time. We have 2 barred rocks and one seems a little behind the others, but she's socially ok so far...
give it time, see how she does.
