Deficiency/deformed duckling?

That's good news hopefully with some therapy like water therapy once the cast comes off with help too. I'd def get these little ones on some liquid B complex or Nutritional yeast for the extra niacin they need.

I've been grinding their organic duckling crumbles with a nicain supplement, as well as adding nutridrench to their water on and off, so hopefully that will help as well .

Starting to think my house is a drop off box for ducklings...went outside and there were 2 just hatched babies peeping and freaking out with no mom in sight. Picked them up and walked all over looking for a mom duck and had no luck.

I dread this happening. I have room for a brooder and ducklings. But no more room in the coop to keep grown ducks. Good luck with you new little fluffies

Poor little ones at least whoever did it knew they would be taken in and cared for. I'd take them in a min if I was close.

The new little guys are getting along great with cast ducky. He's not very mobile/fast with the cast so it works out great since he can't run over the newer babies.

Changed out his cast today and the leg is looking alright. Still has some swelling but the color is good and the punctures are healing up nice.

Picture update! The 1st 2 rescues are starting to look like proper duckies . Getting very big (and making big messes ).
