The other day my neighbor was teaching me how to clip my flocks feathers. I was telling her that my Barred Rock was acting
real lethargic, sleeping on her feet and not moving much. We were both looking at her when she dropped a chickie bomb but we noticed something poking out of her. I grabbed a paper towel and while my neighbor held her I pulled out an egg that was open and looked like a flattened football. The next day she was acting a lot better but today she's still active but not interested in her chicken crack(cracked corn). Does anyone know what could cause this? My neighbor says it's probably age. I believe she is nearly five years old(I didn't raise her from a chick). I am really worried about her.
