Deformity?

I had a chick hatch around 2:00 am this morning, it fluffed up and is now under the heat lamp. I checked on it a minute ago but when i picked it up it didnt feel normal, it felt really bottom heavy kinda like hes bloated. Hes not walking quite right yet but hes new so i dont know. He seemed to just wobble around and his backend makes him tilt backwards. Anyways, is this a deformity? Has anyone else experianced a chick with a fat butt?
