Delaware chickens

I have 4 Delaware chickens and they have attacked one to where he barely is alive why would they do this plz help our little patty

How can we help? Also, I’m not sure whether you noticed, but I think this is the wrong section.

Sometimes it can be a vicious cycle where one gets hurt and since chickens instinctively peck blood they peck it and then more blood causes them to peck more which causes more blood and so on.
