Hi there. I had ordered 3 Delaware pullets from a nearby hatchery/farm. They we're roughly a week old. This is my first time with this breed, and had a few questions. Is it normal they are usually all yellow with no black when they are this little, and do their combs tend to be noticeable right away? I can post pics if that helps, nits just a pain on the app. TIA

The chicks should have fairly uniform light yellowy down all over. You should see white with black feathers as their wings start growing.

At one week, there wouldn't be much comb development.

These 2 will actually be 2 weeks tomorrow, the other one posted is 5 days younger.

These are pics of my suspected Delawares. I say suspected because store sold them as light brahmas which they are definitely not, so we don't know what they are. When we got them over the weekend they were still more yellow. The wing feathers are now turning.
First pic is from Sunday. Second is from today.
