Delaware, Dominique, Star, Welsummer or Plymouth Rock best beginners?

Hi, i havent got my chickens yet, after going through the breed lists the above look as if they are suitable for a brand new novice like me.... but what do i know? nothing thats what! so any thoughts advice would be most welcome... please! (and how easy/difficult is it likely to be to find breeders of these?) many thanks in anticipation of help.
