interesting... thanks for the reply... and i would love some pics... do you have the weight on any of your bigger ones??? it takes years of breeding for one thing to get a breed to do what you are breeding for... so good luck with them and keep me posted...

I think godzillaskitty is a woman from Arkansas. I checked my records and found that I won 12 eggs on 10/12/08, received 16 eggs on 10/17/08, and had a 100% hatch rate on all 16 on 11/11/08. I gave away (to a brother) 8 of the smaller ones for food and ended up culling 3 others. ( I should have kept one of them. . . hindsight)

I looked on ebay to find godzillaskitty address and she isn't selling anything at the moment. I looked at some of the old shipping boxes that I received eggs but could not find one that old. I have subscribed to this thread and if I find out I will post her address.

Still no pictures of weight. I'll have to work on that this week.

Awe bummer.

Why are the standard whites so hard to come by? You see white cornish bantams all over, what about the big un's. I happen to like the way the standard whites look. Wouldn't mind having a few around the farm.

Try Sandhillpreservation here on BYC. I've been told that the birds don't fit the standard very well but they are a good try. I think the legs are too long and and a few other complaints but they are where I got my Dark Cornish and Included either by design or accident was a White Cornish hen who I have put in with my Del-corns. (Or Cor-dells) She was too young to be laying eggs when I was hatching out so I still don't have any of her offspring yet. Anyway I am pretty sure they have a few pure white Cornish.
