Update: Yes it was passed a few years ago after we brought it to the City Hall! I moved to Boynton Beach, and now I live in Boca Raton. You can have up to three hens (not roosters) in any house in Delray or Delray Beach! Congratulations to us! Robin Fox

Great news - maybe now you should move from town to town and get legislation passed to allow chickens everywhere you go. Kinda like a "Chicken Appleseed"

Hi, there! I recently moved to Delray (not in the city limits, but not zoned agricultural) can we still have 3 hens?? I've been searching the internet and I found your comment. Do I need to call city hall? I just want to be sure before we build a coop/run and get the girls. Thanks!!
