Thanks everyone, for now I'm going to try the Denagard and Oxytetracycline because that is what I have now at home. If no improvement then I'll try the other things. I did take him in to the vet and he gave me Sulfatrim, it's the only antibiotic that is approved for chickens that he can give me.

The combo of the two drugs should help. Just makevsurevthey drink enough medicated water.

I'm not sure he is drinking much, I think that is why he is not doing well. How much should he drink in a day? I am adding the solution to food about 20 cc at a time and feeding him through out the day.

You could try giving the Denagard orally, and that means his daily Denagard dose should be at least 0.75 ml per day. I'll have to look up the tetracycline dose and do some math.

Minimum water intake should be 200 ml per day, but 400 would be better.

I mixed the denagard, oxytetra and water all together and gave him 20cc with food, just now, I hope I was suppose to mix those 3 together. I know tube feeding is the next step, I'm just nervous to try it. I was going to ask my vet about showing me, my rooster has bumble foot also that I've been treating for a year now. It was almost healed and then got infected again The vet cleaned it out and now we are back to soaking it every night and wrapping it again. I go to the vet about every 3 weeks now to have his foot checked so I will ask him. I did help my friend tube her rooster so I know how but it makes me nervous I'm going to kill him.

no, not by a syringe.

I'll go tomorrow and get supplies. what size tubing do I need and where can I find it? The vet did give him fluids twice, I've been spending a lot on my rooster but he is worth it!
