Angel, I do seem some gunk inside her beak. Have you noticed if it's a rotten smell?
The raised spot to me, looks like a scab. It's possible it's Fowl Pox, but it could be from picking. You mention a lot of stress in your flock and feather picking.
Angel is quite pale. She could have more pox lesions further down in the throat, hard to know. If the crop is not impacted, I would make her a wet mash of feed and give her poultry vitamins for a couple of days. What type of food do you feed (layer?)
There seems or seemed to be quite a bit of stress within the flock? Is room an issue or do you think it's because they came from different places. Stress weakens chickens allowing illnesses to take over.
