Dent in egg - Young pullets 3rd egg

We have a young pullet, 7 months now that has just started laying. Her 1st egg looked like to had scratch marks on it . today she was squealing as she lay this egg with a dent. Any ideas , is she just having a tough time to begin with? She is on layer crumble w oyster shells

Is the shell thin on that egg, especially near the end there? Is there plenty of padding in the nest box to cushion eggs as they're laid (hens stand up slightly as they lay).

Can't really tell, but is it cracked? Our first egg was cracked and somewhat smooshed in on the end. I rearranged the nesting material and the subsequent eggs have been fine.

I dont see or feel any cracks. There is plenty of nesting material in the boxes.

Is that spot on shell really thin?
Probably just a start up glitch.
