This is a 3 piece set from Department 56 Christmas in the City called "A Treasured Book"
It was released in 2000.
Being a book lover, I couldn’t pass this one up.

These two pieces are the Silver Top Diner and Parking Lot from Christmas Streets produced in 2005. The Christmas Street villages were produced in the late 90s and early 2000s by Midwest Homes. They were sold in Big Lot stores and Walmart for around $5 a building. You can find the Christmas Street buildings on Ebay now but the price has gone way up They average from $25 to $50 a building now.

I love the grandmother gazing adoringly at her grandchild, the snobby- turned-up- noses on the sophisticated ladies, and of course the two little girls caring for their baby sibling.

Ive posted the Bailey Family on another thread but not here.

I don't know a lot about these, other than to say they were produced by Dayton Hudson Corporation, in the Philippines, and
sold by Target, between 1994 to 1998 as part of their It's a Wonderful Life Village.
Ensco, who now owns Department 56, also produced a Bedford Falls / Its a Wonderful Life village in the early 2000s.

It wouldn't a right to have a Christmas village without the Bailey family!

This is from the Lemax Caddington Village collection, Jacob the Puppet Maker released in 2005 and discontinued in 2012
