I agree. It reminds me of redeeming stamps with my mom!
Nice to have the mini as a reminder! I think my mom and a few female relatives collected the stamps but I couldn't tell you what they exchanged them for.

I remember my last trip to the S&H store before they closed. I traded my stamps for a navy blue crushed velvet bedspread for my older brother's birthday gift.Nice to have the mini as a reminder! I'm passing this little village on to my granddaughter and her family. Its fairly rare. Its from Trim-A-Home sold by KMart in the late 90s. There are 4 buildings that have multiple shops. I'm including the one one the right end, in the last photo, as well. Its from Kirkland's Signature from Costco and is also a late 90s piece. I'll also give her some people, street lamps, benches, trees & a roadway to spruce things up. This little village will only need a 18" x 36" space.
She is really excited to set up her own village this year. I love the way this one curves to make a cuddlesack type street. I can't wait to see her display this.

I certainly hope so. She is growing up and I think she is responsible enough now to take care of it.What an awesome gift to pass down to your granddaughter Janie! She'll get many years of enjoyment out of it I'm sure.![]()
Thanks, Debby.Love the farm scene! I can relate to that guy sleeping in his chair. And you have Cornelius...do you have a Bumble too? This is awesome!
Thanks, Debby.
Bumble is in the flatlands village. He is trying to nab some fruit from the unsuspecting vendor. View attachment 4253176
