Derperella, the (weird) Faverolles, & Friends

Those are only the garage chickens! There are nearly 20 more out in the chicken castle. But thank you very much. LOVE my birds. Love my faverolles. Love all my faverolle crosses. Just about every chicken I have, just about, has 1/2 faverolle, or 1/2 silkie. LOL. Only have about 10 that are not crosses.

Lol, she sounds just like my big talkers! Loralie and Beulah never shush. Lol And they makeshift you KNOW they just suffered the undignified egg laying event. Lol took so much time away from there eating and other general complaining.

This is the miracle of little Derperella, don't you see? God took something that, in the world's eyes, was 'worthless', 'throw-away', 'useless', 'defective'... and used that something to change the world - even if it's just this little corner of it. This is huge. This is God stuff.

Well so I made my first batch of home made farmers cheese(pretty much the same as cream cheese), none of the humans other then I like this stuff here, but apparently chickens loooove it as you may be able to tell by their huge crops. Freddy the little white D'uccle, who is also the alpha hen, kept grabbing big chunks of the stuff and dropping them since cream cheese is hard to hold on to with a beak and the Cornishes and Daisy the Faverolles lady would grab it as soon as they got to it. I have mostly Faverolles, but the others were in the coop with Boba the boy and didn't join the fun until it was almost all gone. I will film them next time, this time I only got blurry cell pics, but we laughed so much at these crazy girls

My part of the world never saw Derp as'worthless', 'throw-away' , 'useless'. or defective.' She is unique as we all are in different ways. Derp 'marches to a different chicken,' , she is fascinating and and views her world with a chick-like innocence.

Humans, remember what it was like when you were young and awed by the simplethings around you?

I may be 40, but I am still awed like a kid on occasion. So... I am rather childish and I like it a lot! Lol its the best feeling, wonder...

Well I have tried everything I know to view the videos posted by NovaAman and Nambroth and spent a fair bit of research time in the 'how to make it work' section, but I have had no luck.

If anyone has any suggestions, however remote, please suggest away.

I do have an elderly computer, but am using Google Chrome.
