Designed a new incubator humidifer

I have planed and started to build a humidifier for the incubator I made yesterday. Have already cut the metal from 26 ga. sheet meatel. Now all I have to do is solder it's seams. Testing will be performed this weekend. Filling will be accomplished through a vinel hose running to the outside of the incubator so it won't have to be opened to fill the pan. Here's a very rough drawing of the humidifier.

Be reallllyyyyy easy with that kind of surface area and location near the heat source to jack the humidity too high.

But kudos for engineering your own!!! Wish I could weld and fabricate parts. Not there yet, I'm still basic salvage and convert.

I concidered that problem. A cover will be added with a captive threaded rod going to outside the incubator. Rotate the rod one way to open ,the other way to close.
