'Designer' Egg Chain

I'm going to have to edit my pics on the smaller bantam birds cause when the old hen prolapsed and didn't recouperate, I added my three young Mille Fluer D'Uccle hens to Biker Boy's hens. So far he has not mated them and is faithful to his "older women" but today he's perching side by side w/the "younger women" so their eggs have been fertilized by Cockadoodle, the medium size bantam roo. Possibly mated w/Biker Boy...will post pics of those three hens now. Sorry I forgot about that.

Most of the hens that are laying are the large fowl. I get an egg everyday from the EE hen, and she either hangs out with the red pyle, or the red jungle fowl roo. The other bantam roos hang out with the bantam hens, all the big girls either hang out with the RIR or the red jungle fowl, except for the black cochin, she likes her men to look up to her I guess. But I have seen both the jungle fowl and the RIR breeding her, so hers could be LF as well. So if anyone is passing these up cause they don't want bantams, most of the bantams stick together, and they aren't laying real well, so I could keep those eggs out. Most of the big girls eggs should be bred by big roos, either RIR or red jungle fowl. He might actually be a pheonix, cause the older he gets the longer his tail is.​

I hope to join this soon...I just found 3 eggs in my duck pen. Hopefully they're starting up and will lay eggs daily now. If so, I'll jump in and say what they are...
Finally! I know its just February, and I'm in the NorthEast, but I've been reading all about peoples chickens and ducks laying and getting worried. Now I've finally got duck eggs and my first maybe silkie (mix?) egg. I'll be back soon....

Argh, my first time shipping, i tried to do them as best i could. The brown ones are from my Austrolorps, or my gpa says a golden buff hen, but i dunno, sorry about those 3 eggs!

[what was i thinking]

i got my eggs sent out yesterday. i have been sick and they took me out for the rest of the week, on tuesday. so i woke up from a nap and remembered that the packages needed to be mailed. my dh didn't take them because he didn't know for sure... so here i go to the post office. in my pjs and slippers with a coat. not pretty by any means. forgot my cell phone and purse. like 10 miles til empty in the gas tank. but i got them there. i just laugh, at the site i would have been on the side of the road, out of gas. i don't think i would have got out of the car for help....

anyway they are on there way.
