Just an update:
The Booted Bantam is not laying
My Blue Jersey Giant and my BCM ciockerels could be daddies now. They were both trying to get the job done tonight. The Iowa Blue have been seperate 3 weeks now.

Update:
Its a real game of who's your daddy. I have 1 in my mixed flock but that is where I grow out my young birds until the pullets start laying. Daddy could be my Big Comb, Silkie, Blue Jersey Giant, NN, Booted Bantam, WCB Polish, Crosses, Welsummer, or BCM. (Don't worry about the hen, there are plenty in there they are trying to do their job with.)
The duck is laying and I've hatched crested ducklings now.

I also would be able to fill the rest with Iowa Blue eggs so all the eggs are fresh.

Look what hatched. Last time they were mostly black. This time not a black chick. I had 10 out of 12 hatch. 11 made it to lock down. Not too bad on shipped eggs.
