If you decide to keep him may I suggest that you get a baseline weight on him then weigh every 1-3 days? I suggest this because one they lose 1/2 their body weight it's very difficult to save them.

Actually really panicking now! He's really excited about the idea of food but then won't eat. Could it be worms or some sort of blockage?

Capillary worms can be really hard to treat which is why I mentioned the Panacur

So I took my lad to the vets.. so embarrassed as it turns out he's just too horny to eat!
