If you've got a grange nearby put up a notice there (there's usually a bulletin board for the public). Not everyone is linked up on the internet.

Check with the hatcheries also. I don't remember who it was, but I saw full grown ducks for sale. If I can find the site again, I will let you know. Good luck!

That is probably why the place I ordered my ducks from said I had to order three. Maybe for that reason alone...in case we ended up with two eventually.

I just found efowl.com has mature runners for sale. I just entered in Google...runner ducks for sale Minnesota. Give it a try there are lots of places listed.
