Desperately seeking opinion about breed and gender of my 3 1/2 wk old chicks...

It's early, and I hope that I am wrong, but I believe that 3 are cockerels and only one is a pullet.

It really to young to tell by looks or behavior.

x2 You cannot count chest bumping either because pullets will bump with pullets to determine their pecking order; cockerels will bump with cockerels to determine their pecking order; and higher ranking pullets will bump with the young cockerels too. All that chest thumping and 'standing tall' as they each climb the social ladder and determines who gets to call the shots.
