Detached membrane!! help!

Hi everyone,

my duck egg in the incubator is around day 28 (I think) it has filled the shell completely for about a week now and we were expecting it to hatch soon as it’s been trying to internally pip! I have candled it tonight as it’s been taking it’s time but there seems to be a bit of detached membrane. I am worried because it is still alive!
Can anyone offer some advice? I don’t know whether to intervene or not

Hi there, thank you for the reply.
unfortunately due to me not knowing what to do and reading that if the ducks still alive to leave it alone it was left to long and died yesterday I saw that it wasn’t moving and opened the egg but I was too late.
I am going to try again and have some more eggs to incubate so fingers crossed
