Determining Hatch Day

I got a few eggs from a neighbor that said the hen had gotten killed, how to I determine the age of the eggs looked at the air sac chart but it really didnt go along with the last turkeys I hatched. The sac according to the chart says 10-14 days but the egg is almost solid dark just a little wiggle room in there. Any ideas?

If they are mostly solid and the air cells have a good slant to them, then probably ready to hatch very soon
