Dewlap Toulouse and Size

Hi Aoxa, My girls look very much like yours, but gray. It must be the gander throwing me off. He's absolutely huge. They are from Holderread, so I expect decent quality as well. I'll see what I can do about taking some good pictures. Just breeder or grower from BlueSeal.
Yes she does look similar - though seems a bit tighter in feathers. My girls seem really loosly feathered. But they are getting their grown up feathers right now, so I don't know how to compare them :p One had angel wing and I successfully cured it - I am so glad I did, because I am very happy with their looks at this age.

I love their lobes. That was why I got them to be honest. They fit right in at our house

I would be wanting to rub them if they were mine. what is the purpose of the lobes? or is it just for looks? and what are you saying everyone that lives at your house has lobes? lol

I'm saying we all got a little junk in our trunk :gig

I really don't think there is a purpose besides appearance. Fat Storage? It seems like it's rather light and not really fat, but I like the way it looks like fat lol.

My gander has that loose feather look. She is pretty tight. They are still getting their feathers in as well. The gander is really something. He's a big baby too. She runs the show. I think the dewlaps and paunches are just for show. It would be a waste of energy if they were for production. I can't wait to see them this time next year after they have filled out. I just adore them.

Are they your only ones? I love that we have them only 1 week apart!
