Hi,
I was wondering if anyone deworms their chickens by putting it on a treat instead of in their water? My hens free range and their are a bunch of water sources ( including puddles) around the barn that they can drink from. I have dewormed them in the past with Piperazine 17 and it tells you how many "drops" per pound of body weight per bird. I wanted to use Wazine 17 this time and it doesn't tell you how many drops per bird but instead to put it in their water. I prefer to put it on a piece of bread for each bird so I know that they got it. Does anyone know if it would be the same amount as the Piperzine 17? Any help would be greatly appreciated !
Thanks,
Kim
