DeWorming issues...

I would suggest you use the ivomec Eprinex... it will treat most all worms and using the "spot-on" method (so you dose it on the skin ) is the safest wormer and most effective method I know of and treats not only most types of worms but several mite/lice issues also... read about it here:

With Eprinex Pour On, being a cattle wormer, there is no milk or meat withdrawal time. IMO, that would translate to being no withdrawal for eggs, too, but use your own discretion. I keep eating the eggs with that wormer. I've only wormed my entire flock twice in the the years I've had chickens.
 
I worm my birds in the Fall when egg production is down......I toss the eggs and only wait two weeks,....it's said to wait 6 to 8 weeks when using before eating the eggs or bird...
