Deworming & Lice?

Long time lurker, first post though!
I’m looking for the best treatment course for 15 laying hens and 8 (4 week old) chicks.
Im looking to treat lice and mites plus do a dewormer that includes tapeworms. I am leaning towards a Ivermectin pour on for the lice/mites and fendazole for tapeworm/internal parasites.

Is this a good method? Is there a better method? I’m hoping for the easiest but most efficient way to treat everything at once. I plan on doing a 14 day egg withdrawl.

I have searched the group, read many many threads but I am still looking for more advice than I have read. Knowledge is key!

Since you're dealing with tapeworms, I recommend Equimax equine paste. For lice/mites use Permethrin 10% liquid concentrate (instructions are attached to container) or Permethrin dust.

There isnt anything in writing, but generally 14 days.
