DH's favorite Turken......Not bad - for a Turken!

Not liked them since we got them, but he has turned into a real looker. Plus, he's fertile and good at his "job" and a nice rooster to boot!

I know. If not for my DH....I figure if having Turkens keeps him from complaining, well, Turkens it is!

Plus, he's decided he wants giant lavender turkens. Waiting for my Jersey Giants to grow out....we shall see.......

Beautiful creature, of course!

I have several turken roosters that I absolutely trust due to their very mellow personality with being handed over to kids even though some of them are really big. Just put them in their arms and not worry about the rooster struggling, not even a single bite or anything. Should see the smiles on the kid's faces!

Yup, I agree, for a turken, he isn't bad. I am still not getting any of the ugly things though, lol.
